APPEAL FOR COOPERATION

The mission of Charitable and Humanitarian Association “Mother Theresa” is non-religious. It acts according to the known world motto of our great mother “Mother Theresa”: of the humanity, of charity, of peace and love, and always spreading our motto “Where are the poor, there we are…"

…A man can not only once in life to contribute and for that to be immortal”…Because today more than ever our assistance is wanted, as individual or as Association.And this responsibility is ours, so that our beginning was as a response to the appeal of time…

     The “egoism” and “human insensibility” needs a special approach to show the values of nobility. We are aware that individually we are powerless but together we could face with every “storm” of humanitarian catastrophe that threaten manhood no matter of time or place…Because of this our Association deserves the support of International Organizations, support from local NGO-s, support from the subjects and individuals that in the future we will crown with success and achieve the best results…We will be in your service as in technical and professional side of the labor power involving our activists.

        Those that are hungry we should give them to eat, those that feel durst we have to give them to drink, those that are migratory we need to provide sheltering, those that are naked we need to provide clothes, and those who are suffering to give them love. Only together we can sensibly the conviction that even in the worst time there is a way out that the goodness and love will triumph over the evil. We should not allow the factor man to be eradicated from life and environment, to become an abstract being without concrete life dimensions, we shouldn’t allow fear and evil rule with children the most innocent human beings on earth.

        We never should forget the three noble values that should beautify every man’s mind and those are: patience, charity and humanity.  

ACTIVITY AND WORK

 …Assistance and our cooperation in the wild times is the only light that brighten the spirit of the displaced people those who were forced to leave their secular homes then when someone grieves the collective and intellectual integrity of the displaced from their homes.

       The establishing Assembly of “Mother Theresa” approved its status and with the 36 articles the status regulates its work, activity and the organizing of the Association. A decade of the existing of “Mother Theresa” is full with sacrifice of its presidency and its membership. We had to stay bravely even if our working conditions were very uncomfortable and our Association achieved good results and with that reasoned its existence.

            “Mother Theresa” branch Kumanovo is a non-profitable Organization and its basic task is working with refugees, displaced people but also one of its activities includes social cases, orphans in the region of Kumanovo and Lipkovo.

“Mother Theresa” cooperation relies on the work of local volunteer, coordinators and the executive board consists of the president, the presidency consist of 11 members the secretary whose works relies on voluntary basis.

 “Mother Theresa” plays an important role in the development and raise of the non- profitable sector in Republic of Macedonia through coordination and contacts with a wide range of the various humanitarian Organizations and raise of the positive relations with local institutions of the government. Also it is important to mention that “Mother Theresa” organizes computer and English teaching language courses.

Awards: Its successful engagement during ten years work “Mother Theresa” was followed from many local NGO-s and International Agencies and to our Association was given the deserved merits and awards. 

...All the time the activity was conducted by our membership and we have many pictures that show our activity more obviously, also there are monthly and yearly reports put into the archive of our Association and will be in disposal for every Organization that will cooperate with us...

The voice of media: The successful activity of “Mother Theresa” always was present in the different medias such as: TV, newspapers, every single activity had positive influence on the people. In this way is given a relief and sensibilization of the solidarity in society.
