Ten years of the existence of “Mother Theresa” are full with sacrifice of the presidency of the activists and its membership and beside the lack of financial tools in these hard times “Mother Theresa” reached success and good results and with that reasoned its existing. For this “Mother Theresa” deserves the support of the International Agencies and local and regional NGO-s and in the future to expect better results. Afterward the establishment of “Mother Theresa” with the beginning of Kosovo crisis its activity was expanded with the actions and interventions on financial tools, firstly was helped the Albanian education that in that time was outside the public institutions with the action “Family helps family” on four Kosovo Municipalities we provided financial support for some families especially were included the families of the miners of Trepca who in that time were in very bad living conditions. Our activity was not concentrated only in Kosovo we didn’t left aside our social cases in Macedonia. With the beginning of the war in Bosnia our Association was faced with over 10.000 refugees and we provided for them sheltering assistance in food and clothes. But its most largest activity was during the years 1998/99 when began the escalation of the crisis in Kosovo our Association was faced with a large flux of refugees where their number reached over 30.000 and with cooperation with many local NGO-s we provided for them sheltering on private houses, clothes, and at the end in coordination with UNHCR was provided their safe return in their houses. Our activists did their duty with solidarity with these displaced people who had tears on their eyes and when the civilizing world was shuddered by the horror scenes that suffered these people our Association never stopped to give them spiritual warmness working with all potential to offer them bread salt and heart and make them feel happy.
